Design Build services to replace generator and associated electrical equipment and provide 15 minute FEBR Generator Enclosure.
- Design Build services to Survey to inspect, assess, field verification of existing conditions

- Training, Testing and Commissioning.
- Electrical Design – team with E.K. Fox to provide integrated design
- Continual and open communications between all key stakeholders
- Provide for a continuing level of operation of the Embassy missions critical functions during all construction periods
- Prepare project manuals, bill of materials, quality control plan, construction schedules, construction cost estimates, and verify design/build costs.
- Compliance with security requirements, CSP.
- Prepare all required reports
- Cleanup and Demobilization Project close-out documentation
