Design Build services to replace generator and associated electrical equipment and provide 15 minute FEBR Generator Enclosure.
  • Design Build services to Survey to inspect, assess, field verification of existing conditions

  • Electrical Design – team with E.K. Fox to provide integrated design
  • Continual and open communications between all key stakeholders
  • Provide for a continuing level of operation of the Embassy missions critical functions during all construction periods
  • Prepare project manuals, bill of materials, quality control plan, construction schedules, construction cost estimates, and verify design/build costs.
  • Compliance with security requirements, CSP.
  • Prepare all required reports
  • Cleanup and Demobilization Project close-out documentation

Completion date was extended due to delays in government design review as well as long lead times in manufacturing of the equipment. Project completed on time and within budget.
