Project award: 2/2015, Actual Completion: 3/2017
Originally Scheduled Completion Date: 3/2016
Government revised completion date: 7/2017

The completion date was extended due to discovery of Asbestos.

Below the hatch in the basement ceiling were 2 building supply and return ducts that blocked the hatch opening. During removal of the ductwork it was discovered to contain asbestos. OBO issued a stop work order while an asbestos remediation team assessed the suspected materials. The install team departed site while the OBO’s remediation team removed the asbestos materials. Upon removal of the asbestos the project resumed.

Project completed on time and within budget.
100% SELF PERFORMED.
Due to the sensitive nature of the project, site plans and drawings are unavailable for presentation.
