Prime Contractor:
-Design Build to include Engineering, Architectural services for predominantly Electrical engineering with associated Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineering to upgrade/replace existing Electrical equipment and related systems.
-Phased systematic demolition of the existing electrical Switchgear.
-New Main Switchboard
-New Electrical Distribution Panels
-New Electrical Feeders
-New Generator and all associated gear.
-Install new intake and exhaust louvers in gnerator building.
-Demo of existing and Installation of new Fire Alarm System.
-Demo of existing and Installation of new lighting, ceiling grid and tile.
-Demo of existing and Installation of new chiller.

- Survey Existing obsolete Fire Detection and Alarm System
- Design and specification development
- Installation of new Fire Alarm and Annunciator Panel, Smoke Detectors, Manual Stations, Bells, Strobes, Fan Control, Monitor and Relay Modules
- Monitor and interface with the existing Sprinkler, Fire Pump, Water Flow, Air Handler, Stair Pressurization and Elevator recall System
- Monitor the existing EMR Fire Alarm system

Design Build Services for 100kW Photovoltaic Electrical Generating System
Prime Contractor:
-Design Build to include associated Engineering, Architectural, and Controls, to design and construct a photovoltaic electrical generating system and tie in with the existing building electrical.
-Photovoltaic electrical generating system mounted on the roofs of the US Embassy in Abuja, Nigeria.
-Prime power augmented with photovoltaic power generated.
-High efficiency solar panels used to produce the maximum power.
-Grounding shielding and bonding to Diplomatic Security and OBO Standards.
-Roll up inverters for ease of maintenance.
-Power derived from the photovoltaic panels tied into the building grid and controls.
-Modified existing architectural, structural, and electrical system to work with the new photovoltaic system.
-Modified electrical system in the equipment room to accept the new PV power source and use the prime power to augment the PV power.
-PV power system designed with the capability to monitor and display power output.
-Power production determined by the existing free roof spaces/area and used as the basis for sizing the new power system.

-Upgraded electrical service to accommodate the new systems
